Gain clarity, control, and direction with these 3 simple steps:

 


𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 --> 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

* What do you enjoy, not enjoy

* Who do you want around you, where do you want to be

* Include priorities, values etc...


Write this down

It makes ALL the difference

Hint ~ If you don't know what you enjoy/want, write out what you don't

... and then flip it so you know what you do


𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 --> 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹

Based on Step 1, identify a few goals that interest you

Select One Big Goal to work toward


Write it in the SMART framework


Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Relevant

Time-Bound


𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 --> 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿

Start with the end in mind, work your way backwards

What do you need to believe, accomplish, be to achieve this goal

Write. It. Out.

And then... take the Next Best Step

Just one single small step toward that goal


𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀! 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻

1x/month is a good timeframe to begin

Evaluate and adapt your approach as needed
