Start with 2 minutes a day (literally 2 min, keep it small on purpose)
2 --> Single deep breath
Every time you sit at your desk, before you pick up your phone....
3 --> STOP Practice
Stop what you're doing
Take a breath
Observe
Proceed with more awareness
4 --> Mind body practices
Try yoga or Tai Chi
5 --> Meditate
Try a body scan or RAIN meditation
Awareness is the pre-requisite to lasting change
It's also the KEY to self-discovery and growth
