1.) The Energy Audit Check-In
↳ Rate your energy 1-5 three times daily to identify peak performance windows. Schedule high-value work during these natural energy peaks.
2.) The Morning Nutrition Stack

10.) The Two-Minute Brain Dump
↳ Write everything on your mind for two minutes without editing. Clears mental space and prevents rumination on unfinished tasks.
11.) The Pre-Sleep Body Scan
↳ Spend two minutes before sleep progressively relaxing from toes to head. Signals your nervous system it's safe to deeply rest.
12.) The Sunshine Morning Anchor
↳ Step outside for 90 seconds of direct morning sunlight to regulate your circadian rhythm and boost mood-enhancing hormones.
13.) The Counter-Posture Reset
↳ Spend one minute in the opposite posture of how you've been working – stand if sitting, stretch forward if hunched backward.
14.) The Hunger Scale Check
↳ Before, during and after eating, rate hunger from 1-10. This builds intuitive eating skills and prevents mindless consumption.
